As of March 2025, 52.78% is owned by Indian Promoters and 47.21% by Public.

Institutional holds 44.96% (Insurance Companies 7.76%) and Non-Institutional holds 2.25% as Public shareholders.

Top four Promoters holding highest number of shares of Go Fashion (India) company are Rahul Saraogi (99.32 lakhs shares / 18.39%), Gautam Saraogi (99.32 lakhs shares / 18.39%), Vks Family Trust (Rahul Saraogi, Managing Trustee) (43.22 lakhs shares / 8.00%), Pks Family Trust (Gautam Saraogi and Managing Trustee) (43.22 lakhs shares / 8.00%).

Out of 285.09 lakhs shares, Promoters of Go Fashion (India) Company has over 60.86 lakhs (21.34%) shares on pledge as of March 31, 2025.
