As of March 2025, 78.95% is owned by Indian Promoters and 21.05% by Public.

Institutional holds 14.89% (Insurance Companies 2.20%) and Non-Institutional holds 6.16% as Public shareholders.

Top four Promoters holding highest number of shares of ASK Automotive company are Vijay Rathee (689.35 lakhs shares / 34.97%), Kuldip Singh Rathee (673.89 lakhs shares / 34.18%), Prashant Rathee (96.60 lakhs shares / 4.90%) and Aman Rathee (96.60 lakhs shares / 4.90%).
