Among Promoters holding, Indian Promoters holds 0.29% and Foreign Promoters holds 65.34%.

Institutional holds 0.22% (Insurance Companies 0.22%) and Non-Institutional holds 34.15% as Public shareholders.

Top four Promoters holding highest number of shares of Robust Hotels company are Saraf Industries Limited (72.46 lakhs shares / 41.90%), Mrs. Ratna Saraf (40.53 lakhs shares / 23.44%), Mr. Umesh Saraf (37096 shares / 0.21%) and Mr. Arun Kumar Saraf (13098 shares / 0.08%).
