As of March 2025, 57.77% is owned by Indian Promoters and 42.24% by Public.

Top four Promoters holding highest number of shares of SBC Exports company are Deepika Gupta (1358.73 lakhs shares / 28.53%), Govindji Gupta (1195.35 lakhs shares / 25.10%), Sbc Finmart Limited (195.50 lakhs shares / 4.11%) and Sudheshwar Kumar Gupta (1.13 lakhs shares / 0.02%).

Out of 2750.70 lakhs shares, Promoters of SBC Exports Company has over 850.53 lakhs (30.92%) shares on pledge as of March 31, 2025.
