As of March 2025, 38.73% is owned by Indian Promoters and 61.26% by Public.

Institutional holds 1.14% (Insurance Companies 0.21%) and Non-Institutional holds 60.12% as Public shareholders.

Top five Promoters holding highest number of shares of Orient Paper company are Central India Industries Limited (525.60 lakhs shares / 24.77%), Shekhavati Investments And Traders Ltd. (132.21 lakhs shares / 6.23%), Nirmala Birla (36.06 lakhs shares / 1.70%), Chandra Kant Birla (34.06 lakhs shares / 1.61%) and Hindusthan Discounting Company Limited (23.11 lakhs shares / 1.09%).
