As of March 2025, 51.76% is owned by Indian Promoters and 48.24% by Public.

Top five Promoters holding highest number of shares of Frontier Springs company are Kamla Bhatia (6.26 lakhs shares / 15.90%), Kapil Bhatia (6.13 lakhs shares / 15.57%), Neeraj Bhatia (5.57 lakhs shares / 14.15%), Kundan Lal Bhatia (1.34 lakhs shares / 3.39%) and Mamta Bhatia (38038 shares / 0.97%).
