As of March 2025, 73.63% is owned by Indian Promoters and 26.37% by Public.

Top three Promoters holding highest number of shares of Foce India company are Manoj Sitaram Agarwal (27.93 lakhs shares / 57.07%), Anita Manoj Agarwal (7.00 lakhs shares / 14.31%) and Parameshwari Sitaram Agarwal (1.10 lakhs shares / 2.25%).
