Pursuant to the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are pleased to inform that Advait Energy Transitions Ltd has been declared the L1 (Lowest) bidder and confirmed as the successful bidder for a turnkey contract floated by Paschim Gujarat Vij Company Limited (PGVCL).
The scope of the contract includes the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of 11 KV Medium Voltage Covered Conductor (MVCC) along with associated accessories and allied infrastructure. This initiative is part of PGVCL’s System Improvement (SI) Scheme aimed at developing a robust and reliable power supply network across the 11KV feeders in the Bhavnagar Circle. The project is scheduled to be completed within 12 months.
In accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, further details will be disclosed through a separate announcement upon receipt of the Letter of Intent (LoI) or Award.
