As of March 2025, 70.04% is owned by Indian Promoters and 29.96% by Public.

Institutional holds 0.35% (Insurance Companies 0.30%) and Non-Institutional holds 29.59% as Public shareholders.

Top three Promoters holding highest number of shares of Jamshri Realty company are Bimladevi Premratan Damani (34.73 lakhs shares / 49.70%), Premratan Bhairuratan Damani (13.85 lakhs shares / 19.82%) and Rekha Thirani (35800 shares / 0.51%).
