As of March 2025, 19.04% is owned by Promoters and 80.96% by Public.

Among Promoters holding, Indian Promoters holds 13.28% and Foreign Promoters holds 5.75%.

Institutional holds 36.15% (Insurance Companies 0.77%) and Non-Institutional holds 44.79% as Public shareholders.

Top five Promoters holding highest number of shares of GHCL company are Hindustan Commercial Company Limited (29.45 lakhs shares / 3.08%), Gems Commercial Company Limited (29.40 lakhs shares / 3.07%), Banjax Limited (27.90 lakhs shares / 2.91%), Hexabond Limited (27.18 lakhs shares / 2.84%) and Oval Investment Private Limited (25.89 lakhs shares / 2.70%).
