As of March 2025, 68.83% is owned by Indian Promoters and 31.17% by Public.

Top five Promoters holding highest number of shares of GNA Axles company are Ranbir Singh (155.45 lakhs shares / 36.21%), Jasvinder Singh (64.42 lakhs shares / 15.01%), Maninder Singh (47.74 lakhs shares / 11.12%), Gursaran Singh (10.75 lakhs shares / 2.50%) and Kulwin Seehra (10.75 lakhs shares / 2.50%).

Out of 295.47 lakhs shares, Promoters of GNA Axles Company has over 9.50 lakhs (3.21%) shares on pledge as of March 31, 2025.
