Institutional holds 18.31% (Insurance Companies 4.38%) and Non-Institutional holds 6.69% as Public shareholders.

Top two Promoters holding highest number of shares of Zydus Lifesciences company are Zydus Family Trust (Pankaj R. Patel, Pritiben P. Patel and Sharvil P. Patel-Trustees) (7543.13 lakhs shares / 74.96%) and Arati Rajiv Mehta (0.76 lakhs shares / 0.01%).
