As of March 2025, 64.71% is owned by Indian Promoters and 35.29% by Public.

Top two Promoters holding highest number of shares of NDTV company are Rrpr Holding Private Limited (363.92 lakhs shares / 56.45%) and Vishvapradhan Commercial Private Limited (53.31 lakhs shares / 8.27%).
