As of March 2025, 65.10% is owned by Indian Promoters and 34.90% by Public.

Institutional holds 12.13% (Insurance Companies 1.00%) and Non-Institutional holds 22.77% as Public shareholders.

Top two Promoters holding highest number of shares of Modern Threads company are Generotrade Exim LLP (156.37 lakhs shares / 44.97%) and Arihant Beneficiary Trust through trustee Lalitha Ranka (70.00 lakhs shares / 20.13%).
