Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, we wish to inform you that Mr. Amit Kumar, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company, has tendered his resignation on 11.04.2025 from the said positions due to personal reasons and to pursue career opportunities outside the organization.\r\n \r\nMr. Amit Kumar has informed us that there are no other reasons for his resignations other than those provided in the resignation letter.\r\n\r\nThe Management of the Company has accepted the resignation and fixed the relieving date as April 11, 2025, after working hours.\r\nThe Company has commenced the process of shortlisting the potential candidates for the said role and the same shall be finalized within the prescribed timelines under the SEBI (LODR) Regulations. The Company shall make required disclosures pursuant to such appointment at the relevant time.\r\n
