Omax Autos Limited has informed the Exchange about Certificate under SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.This is to update the details of the securities dematerialized/rematerialized during the period beginning 01st January, 2025 to 31st March, 2025 as required under Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depository & Participants) Regulations, 2018 being submitted to all the Stock Exchanges where the securities of the Company are listed..
