Transindia Real Estate Limited has informed the Exchange about a certificate received from MUFG Intime India Private Limited (Formerly Link Intime India Private Limited), Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company under Regulation 74(5) SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 for the quarter ended March 31, 2025.
