PTC India has submitted to BSE the Shareholding Pattern for the Period Ended March 31, 2025

As of March 2025, 16.22% is owned by Indian Promoters and 83.78% by Public.

Institutional holds 32.49% (Insurance Companies 4.80%) and Non-Institutional holds 47.92% as Public shareholders.

Top four Promoters holding highest number of shares of PTC India company are Power Grid Corporation Of India Limited (120.00 lakhs shares / 4.05%), Power Finance Corporation Ltd (120.00 lakhs shares / 4.05%), Ntpc Limited (120.00 lakhs shares / 4.05%) and Nhpc Limited (120.00 lakhs shares / 4.05%).
