As of March 2025, 17.46% is owned by Indian Promoters and 82.54% by Public.

Top four Promoters holding highest number of shares of Regency Fincorp company are Natures Heavens India Private Limited (38.64 lakhs shares / 6.08%), Neha Abrol (26.06 lakhs shares / 4.10%), Regency Digitrade Investments Private Limited (23.58 lakhs shares / 3.71%) and Gaurav Kumar (22.77 lakhs shares / 3.58%).
