As of March 2025, 52.90% is owned by Indian Promoters, 47.02% by Public and 0.08% by Non Promoters-Non Public.

Institutional holds 30.02% (Insurance Companies 4.75%) and Non-Institutional holds 17.01% as Public shareholders.

Top five Promoters holding highest number of shares of Titan Company company are Tamilnadu Industrial Development Corporation Ltd (2474.77 lakhs shares / 27.88%), Tata Sons Private Limited (1850.59 lakhs shares / 20.84%), Tata Investment Corporation Ltd (178.76 lakhs shares / 2.01%), Tata Chemicals Limited (138.26 lakhs shares / 1.56%) and Ewart Investments Limited (49.64 lakhs shares / 0.56%).
