As of April 2025, 57.02% is owned by Indian Promoters and 42.98% by Public.

Top five Promoters holding highest number of shares of Syschem (India) company are Virendra Popatlal Shah (45.38 lakhs shares / 10.43%), Mahesh J Khokhani (35.09 lakhs shares / 8.06%), Dinesh Jagdishchandra Khokhani (33.03 lakhs shares / 7.59%), Ranjan Jain (30.75 lakhs shares / 7.07%) and Mehul Jagadishchandra Khokhani (30.49 lakhs shares / 7.01%).
