To take note of resignation of Ms. Jinal Patani (ACS 63564) as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with effect from Saturday, 5th April 2025 approved by the Board vide Circular resolution;\r\n\r\n2. To approve the Appointment of Ms. Jinal Jain (ACS 59185) as the Company Secretary and Compliance officer with effect from Monday, 7th April 2025 of the Company approved by the Board vide Circular resolution;\r\n
