As of March 2025, 56.08% is owned by Indian Promoters and 43.92% by Public.

Top five Promoters holding highest number of shares of Comfort Intech company are Luharuka Exports Pvt Ltd (845.80 lakhs shares / 26.44%), Luharuka Investment & Consultants Pvt Ltd (784.49 lakhs shares / 24.52%), Annu Anil Agrawal (116.55 lakhs shares / 3.64%), Anil Agrawal Huf (37.24 lakhs shares / 1.16%) and Anil Beniprasad Agrawal (9.94 lakhs shares / 0.31%).

Out of 1794.14 lakhs shares, Promoters of Comfort Intech Company has over 400.00 lakhs (22.29%) shares on pledge as of March 31, 2025.
