As of March 2025, 53.03% is owned by Indian Promoters and 46.97% by Public.

Top five Promoters holding highest number of shares of Poddar Housing company are Poddar Amalgamated Holdings Private Limited (18.58 lakhs shares / 25.56%), Rohitashwa Poddar (9.66 lakhs shares / 13.30%), Poddar Bhumi Holdings Limited (6.77 lakhs shares / 9.31%), Brite Merchants Limited (1.88 lakhs shares / 2.58%) and Dipak Kumar Poddar (1.12 lakhs shares / 1.54%).

Out of 38.53 lakhs shares, Promoters of Poddar Housing Company has over 24.92 lakhs (64.66%) shares on pledge as of March 31, 2025.
