As of March 2025, 70.78% is owned by Indian Promoters and 29.22% by Public.

Top three Promoters holding highest number of shares of Sagar Systech company are Mukesh Champaklal Babu (1.20 lakhs shares / 37.50%), Meena Mukesh Babu (0.90 lakhs shares / 28.13%) and Hemant Champaklal Babu (16500 shares / 5.16%).
