As of March 2025, 55.82% is owned by Indian Promoters and 44.18% by Public.

Top two Promoters holding highest number of shares of Swojas Foods company are Jyoti Khandelwal (90.89 lakhs shares / 29.35%) and Parthraj Harshadsinh Rana (81.95 lakhs shares / 26.47%).
