As of March 2025, 69.47% is owned by Indian Promoters and 30.53% by Public.

Institutional holds 0.19% (Insurance Companies 0.12%) and Non-Institutional holds 30.34% as Public shareholders.

Top five Promoters holding highest number of shares of STEL Holdings company are Rainbow Investments Limited (45.21 lakhs shares / 24.50%), Instant Holdings Limited (16.05 lakhs shares / 8.70%), Harsh Vardhan Goenka, Trustee of SECURA INDIA TRUST (14.43 lakhs shares / 7.82%), Carniwal Investments Ltd (13.80 lakhs shares / 7.48%) and Castor Investments Limited (10.63 lakhs shares / 5.76%).
