Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that Mr. Vivek Goyal, Sr. Vice President (Marketing), being a part of the Senior Management of the Company, has tendered his resignation from the services of the Company with effect from the close of working hours of April 3, 2025, due to his personal reasons.
