Aplab has submitted to BSE the Shareholding Pattern for the Period Ended March 31, 2025

As of March 2025, 67.60% is owned by Indian Promoters and 32.40% by Public.

Top five Promoters holding highest number of shares of Aplab company are Mrs. Amrita Prabhakar Deodhar (78.84 lakhs shares / 62.72%), P S Deodhar Foundation Trust (2.76 lakhs shares / 2.19%), Printquick Private Limited (2.14 lakhs shares / 1.70%), Mr.Prabhakar Shankar Deodhar (0.90 lakhs shares / 0.72%) and Origin Instrumentation Pvt Ltd (33979 shares / 0.27%).

Out of 84.98 lakhs shares, Promoters of Aplab Company has over 25.00 lakhs (29.42%) shares on pledge as of March 31, 2025.
