Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that SES ESG Research Private Limited ( SES ) has, vide its report received by the Company on April 1, 2025, assigned an Environmental, Social and Governance ( ESG ) Score (Adjusted) of 67.2 for the Company based on the data pertaining to FY 2023-24.We further wish to inform you that the Company has not engaged SES for ESG Rating and SES has independently prepared the report based on the data pertaining to FY 2023-24 of the Company available in public domain.
