Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,2015 read with SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July, 2023and SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November, 2024, weenclose herewith disclosure of the default on payment of interest / repayment of principal amount onloans from banks / financial institutions
