We wish to inform you that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Swain as Vice President - Sales, Offline Channels and Senior Management Personnel,. Mr. Sanjeev Swain has joined the Company today i.e April 1, 2025.\r\n\r\nThe details of the same is in the attached letter.
