Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that the tenure of Mrs. Sushmita Singha as the Independent Director of the Company will be completed today i.e. March 29, 2025 and accordingly, she will be ceased to be the Independent Director of the Company with effect from March 30, 2025.
