Review of the progress of the project setup for Manufacturing of Interlining (Technical Textile).\r\n2. Appointment of M/s JPS & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, Jaipur as Secretarial Auditors of the Company for the financial year 2024-25.\r\n3. Appointment of M/s H.M. Sheth and Associates, Chartered Accountants, Mumbai as the Internal Auditors of the Company to conduct Internal audit of the Company.\r\n
