Manav Infra Projects - Rights Issue

Manav Infra Projects Limited has informed the Exchange that Board of Directors at its meeting held on March 27, 2025, has decided to issue equity shares on rights basis in the ratio of 6324000 : 6836000, i.e 6324000 Equity Shares for every 6836000 Equity Shares held. Issue Price is 11 per share.
