This has reference to disclosure made by the Company on updates on ongoing tax litigations or disputes in Integrated Filing-Governance for quarter ended 31st December, 2024 on 13th February, 2025, inter alia, informing that the Company was in the process of filing an appeal in the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India challenging the order of the Custom Excise Service Tax Appellate Tribunal. In this regard, the Hon'ble Supreme Court has passed an Order dated 24-03-2025. \r\n\r\nThe detailed disclosure as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/ 2023/123 dated 13th July, 2023, is attached as Annexure - A.
