We like to inform you that, the ESOP Allotment Committee of the Company at its meeting held on June 06, 2025, has approved the allotment of 75,250 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 1/- each to the eligible employees who have exercised their stock options under Bliss GVS Pharma Limited- Employee Stock Option Plan (\Bliss GVS ESOP-2019\)
