Somany Ceramics Limited has informed the Exchange about thatPursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ( Listing Regulations ) and in continuation of our intimations dated 25th August 2023, 22nd January, 2024 and 16th August 2024, we would like to inform that the Company has further invested Rs. 10,20,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Crores and Twenty Lakhs Only) in M/s Sudha Somany Ceramics Private Limited (""SSCPL""), a Subsidiary of the Company, towards the acquisition of 11% Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs. 10/- each by way of right issue on 26th March, 2025.
