Reliance Industrial Infrastructure Limited has informed the Exchange regarding (i) Appointment of Shri Vipin Chandra Sati as Whole-time Director designated as an Executive Director of the company with effect from April 1, 2025; and (ii) Stepping down of Shri Dilip V. Dherai from the position of Director of the company with effect from end of the day with effect from March 31, 2025.
