Balkrishna Ind. - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Scheme of Arrangement

We are pleased to inform you that the Hon'ble NCLT, Mumbai Bench vide its Order dated 25th March, 2025 has sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation of BKT Tyres Limited with Balkrishna Industries Limited and their respective shareholders under Section 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. A copy of Tribunal Order sanctioning the said Scheme is available on the website of Tribunal and Company respectively.
