Viviana Power Tech Limited has informed the Exchange about Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e., Saturday, 22nd March 2025; at the Registered Office of the Company, have granted approval to acquire 9000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each (90%) of VIVIANA LIFE SPACES PRIVATE LIMITED bearing CIN: U70109GJ2022PTC135712. On completion of the proposed acquisition, the Company will become Holding Company of VIVIANA LIFE SPACES PRIVATE LIMITED.
