We refer to our intimation dated March 30, 2024, regarding deferring setting up of new manufacturing facility in South India, for the Steel Building Division through Everest Steel Building Private Limited (\ESBPL\), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company to FY 2024-25.\r\n\r\nWe wish to inform you that the aforesaid setting up of manufacturing facility in R. Ananthpuram, South India, for the Steel Building Division is deferred to next Financial Year 2025-26. However, activities pertaining to development of allotted land plot will commence shortly.
