BCPL Railway Infrastructure Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 28/03/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to regulation 25 of the SEBI(LODR) Regulations 2015, please find attached the notice of the Independent directors meeting to be held on the 28th March 2025 at 2pm.
