Solara Active Pharma Sciences Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 26/03/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the proposal of making First Call on 1,19,98,755 partly paid-up Equity Shares, having a face value of Rs.10/- each (Rs.3.50/- paid-up) issued by the Company on rights basis in their Rights Issue Committee Meeting.
