Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that the Shareholders of the Company have passed the resolution as stated in Postal Ballot Notice dated January 28, 2025 with requisite majority.
