We wish to inform you that based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee and subject to approval of Members of the Company, the Board of Directors of the Company has, at its meeting held today March 19, 2025, approved the reappointment of Mr. Deepak Chhabra as the Managing Director of the Company for a period of 3 years w.e.f March 28, 2025.\r\n\r\nPlease find the details of the same in the attached letter.
