Endurance Technologi - Update On Voluntary Separation Scheme

In continuation to our letters dated 10th February, 2025 and 1st March, 2025, on the subject, we further inform that the Company has accepted separation of 57 permanent workman on its rolls, under Voluntary Separation Scheme (\VSS\), for its plant situated at L-6/3 (LPDC), MIDC Industrial Area, Waluj, Dist. Chh. Sambhajinagar,. Maharashtra. This would entail a pay-out of ~ Rs. 106.35 million towards VSS.
