We wish to inform you that the discrepancies in the withholding tax return (Form-27Q)filed by the Company for the quarter 3 of the FY2024-25 in terms of Section 200A/206CB of the Income Tax Act,1961, as per the show cause notice received by the Company, has been processed without default by the Centralized Processing Cell-TDS, Delhi.\r\n\r\nThe details of the same is in the attached Letter.
