Colab Platforms - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Change of Company Name

This in Continuation of our communication dated 10th February 2025, where in the Company informed to the stock exchange regarding approval received from Ministry of Corporate Affairs on name change of the Company from \Colab Cloud Platforms Limited\ to \Colab Platforms Limited\.\r\n\r\nFurther the approval on final name change application is received from the stock exchange, effective from 10th March 2025.
