As of February 2025, 40.38% is owned by Indian Promoters and 59.62% by Public.

Top five Promoters holding highest number of shares of Womancart company are Veena Pahwa (19.70 lakhs shares / 32.85%), Madhu Sudan Pahwa (2.66 lakhs shares / 4.43%), Prerna Pahwa (0.93 lakhs shares / 1.55%), Parth Pahwa (0.87 lakhs shares / 1.45%) and Madhu Sudan Huf (6000 shares / 0.10%).
